I'm so excited to introduce you all to the most fabulous shopping experience South of the James! Ashley Phillips Hill is a LuLaRoe consultant in Midlothian VA who brings you an experience like no other. In my photography business the Experience is as important as the quality of the images, so I have pretty high standards when I'm on the other side. My time in the LuLa Room with Ashley exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled for you to learn more about Ashely and why she is more then a LuLaRoe consultant!
Meet Ashley
My name is Ashley Phillips Hill and I am a mom to three beautiful boys: Jackson, Isaac, and Foster. I'm also a mom to our black lab Winston. I’m the wife of an amazingly supportive husband, Adam Hill. I work part time as a nurse practitioner in Internal Medicine Primary Care at VCU Health, and I am an Independent LuLaRoe Retailer.
I decided to become a LuLaRoe consultant after I fell absolutely in love with the clothing. I would say I was LuLaObsessed, perhaps a LuLaAddict! From the fun prints and flattering styles to the comfortable fabrics and the modest designs. This clothing is simply comfortable. It is affordable. It is fashionable. LuLaRoe offers a huge selection of clothing for women, men, and children: dresses, skirts, leggings, tops, kimonos. We have kid/tween sizes and adults XXS-3XL, sizes 00-26. Every body is a LuLaRoe body.
I wanted to share these clothes with others, especially because whenever I would wear ANYTHING LuLaRoe, I would get compliments throughout the day regarding the flattering style, the vibrant colors, and the bold, fun prints. I decided that this is my creative outlet. I have met so many wonderful women and men through this journey, both customers and teammates. I find absolute joy in sharing this product with others and seeing the confidence and happiness in their faces when they find the style and print that fits them just perfectly.
Q&A With Ashley Phillips Hill
Q: What is the LulaRoom?
A: The LuLaRoom is my office space and my personal LuLaRoe Boutique. It also happens to be the 3rd floor of our house that shares space with the boys’ playroom. This is where I unpack inventory, take pictures to load and sell online, do Facebook Live sales, and hang and organize clothing for in home shoppers that drop by or for when I host Pop Up Boutiques in my home. This is the space that makes me happy!
Q: Why did you decide to sell LulaRoe?
A: I decided to become a LuLaRoe consultant after I fell absolutely in love with the clothing. I would say I was LuLaObsessed, perhaps a LuLaAddict! It became my entire wardrobe. I would get so many compliments from friends, family, coworkers, patients, strangers...everyone! After a lot of discussion with my consultant (who is now my sponsor) and my husband, we decided to jump in and invest in the business! This has proven to be an excellent financial opportunity and has been a rewarding adventure running my own small business with Adam (aka LuLaBro) by my side.
Q: Why do you love the clothes?

Q: What do you love most about being a consultant?
A: I really enjoy meeting new people and helping women feel confident, beautiful, and comfortable! I like that I can offer people an opportunity to try on each style so we can get the right size for them. One of my most favorite moments is when someone tries on a style or print that they typically would not gravitate to and I watch their eyes light up as they say “I LOVE IT!”

Anyone can host an online party and earn free clothing! Anyone can also host a Pop Up Boutique in their home and Drop In and Shop events in our personal LuLaRoom Boutique! Interested in fundraising? We do that too!
Q: What do I get if I host a party?
A: Free leggings just for hosting. For every 10 items sold (purchased by the guests you invite), you get 1 free item of your choice If there are, for example 24, items purchased by your guest, you would get 2 free items and then 40% off another item of your choice. You will get 50% off an item if one of your friends books a party with me. This 50% off an item can only be used at their party.
