I would like to introduce you all to Arlo Anton Meyer! Born on the day of love, February 14, 2016 at 9:38 pm. He weighed 7lbs, 1oz and 20 inches long! I love the name Arlo. It reminds me of the great folk singer-songwriter writer Arlo Guthrie. Just like Mr. Guthrie little Arlo is very strong in his beliefs. The belief that he should be be held at all times preferably while being rocked back and forth! It took some time, but eventually he conked out long enough for me to get some very sweet curled up poses! If only I knew all of the ticks to get newborns to sleep back when my boys were babies, although it's a lot easier when I only need to do it for a few hours and not 24/7! I'm so thankful to the Meyers for allowing me to photograph their brand new baby boy! Every newborn I photograph is truly an honor. Welcome to the world little Arlo! May you find much love and happiness throughout your life!
