Richmond VA Lifestyle Family Portrait Williamsburg Photographer | Sarah Kane Photography
Images that show emotion make the best black and white images! Although I delivered both color and black and white to this sweet family I really love how these look with the color is striped away leaving us with pure raw moments! This little guy sure did keep me on my toes and I absolutely love how they turned out!

Richmond VA Lifestyle Midlothian Family Photographer at Midlothian Mine Park | Sarah Kane Photography
Such an honor to be selected as this wonderful families first ever professional photographer! What an amazing night. The light at Midlothian Mine Park on a sunny day is out of this world! I had such an awesome time capturing the kids blowing bubbles and chasing geese. My job doesn't get much better then this!

Do you want to know the truth about my photography? It’s directly tied into my philosophy on life. Life isn’t perfect. People are not perfect. It’s our imperfections that make us different from everyone else, yet it’s also what makes us the same. It’s our shortcomings that push us to do better. Life would be such a bore if we all lived for perfection. Who would set the standard for perfection anyway?
