Is Two Months a Good Age to Photograph a baby? | Baby Photos in Midlothian Virginia
A common question asked is when is the best time after newborn portraits to photograph a baby? In my opinion the best time is between 3-4 months when the baby is able to hold his or her head up well during tummy time. Although this is the ideal time for portraits that doesn’t mean you can’t do them earlier. The images below are from a 2 month session. Although baby girl wasn’t quite holding her head up we got some great images of her on her back and with her family. Although there are ideal times for milestone portraits you can photograph a baby at any stage.
