Feeling Humbled
In 2011 I stepped way out of my comfort zone, dug down deep for some serious courage (which was not easy for a very shy and insecure young woman) and officially launched my business. I had no idea what I was doing, failed over and over again, but refused to give up!
Last night, over 7 years later, I received the title of First Runner-Up for Richmond's Best Photographer!! Wow, I still feel like I'm dreaming!! What an honor it was to be named among such talented photographers and other local businesses! There is no way I would be where I am today if it wasn't for so many of you supporting me and trusting me with your family's most precious memories! Life is so good and I am grateful every single day that I have a job that I am so in love with and have met so many amazing people throughout this journey!

Photo Booth Fun!
The Richmond Times-Dispatch really knows how to throw a party and celebrate local businesses with a live band, great food and drinks. Of course, what would an event be without a photo booth? There is an art to a successful photo booth image one that I have yet to master. Only 8 seconds to switch out props and come up with a pose makes it all the more fun! Groupbooths Photo Booths was the highlight of the evening!
